Cookie Policy

This document provides information about the technologies that allow this Application to achieve the purposes described below. These technologies enable the Data Controller to collect and store information (e.g., through the use of Cookies) or use resources (e.g., executing a script) on the User’s device when the User interacts with this Application.

For simplicity, these technologies are referred to in this document as ā€œTracking Tools,ā€ unless there is a reason to distinguish between them.
For example, although cookies can be used in both web and mobile browsers, it would not be appropriate to refer to cookies in the context of mobile apps, as they require a browser to function. Therefore, the term “Cookie” is used in this document only to refer to that specific type of Tracking Tool.

Some of the purposes for which Tracking Tools are used may require the User’s consent, depending on the applicable law. If consent is given, it can be freely withdrawn at any time by following the instructions in this document.
This Application uses only Tracking Tools managed directly by the Data Controller (commonly referred to as ā€œfirst-partyā€ Tracking Tools).
The duration and expiration of first-party cookies and similar tracking tools may vary depending on the settings defined by the Data Controller. Some expire at the end of the User’s browsing session.

How This Application Uses Tracking Tools

NecessaryĀ
This Application uses so-called ā€œtechnicalā€ cookies or similar Tracking Tools to carry out activities strictly necessary for its operation or to provide the Service.

How to Manage Preferences and Provide or Withdraw Consent on This ApplicationĀ
If the use of Tracking Tools is based on consent, the User can provide or withdraw that consent by adjusting their preferences in the privacy settings panel available on this Application.

How to Control or Delete Cookies and Similar Technologies Using Device SettingsĀ
Users can use their browser settings to:

  • View which cookies or similar technologies have been set on the device;
  • Block cookies or similar technologies;
  • Delete cookies or similar technologies from the browser.

However, browser settings do not allow for fine-grained consent management by category. Users can find instructions on managing cookies for the most common browsers at the following links:

Users can also manage some Tracking Tools for mobile apps by disabling them in the device settings, such as ad settings or general tracking preferences (refer to device settings for more information).

Consequences of Refusing the Use of Tracking ToolsĀ
Users are free to choose whether or not to allow Tracking Tools. However, please note that Tracking Tools help this Application offer a better experience and advanced features (in line with the purposes outlined in this document). If Tracking Tools are blocked, the Data Controller may not be able to provide certain functionalities.
